Find the UK’s best fireworks this Bonfire Night

There’s nothing quite like Bonfire Night in the UK, wrapping up warm, grabbing some food and seeing the spectacular fireworks light up the night’s sky. It’s one of our fondest traditions, so why not make it really memorable this year?

Below you’ll find our top places to visit for the best fireworks, entertainment, bonfires and more!

The Fireworks Festival – Alexandra Palace, London

Let’s visit the capital early with an absolute classic. Alexandra Palace has been home to prestigious events (let’s play daaarts!) since 1875 and this Bonfire Night will be no different.

The Fireworks Festival (2-3 November) is much more than a few whizzes and bangs in the night. How does a German Bier Keller, circus acrobatics, ice skating, live music, laser shows and more sound?

Yep, Bonfire Night just got interesting!

Tamworth Castle Fireworks – Tamworth

Now for something traditional but in a completely different way, Tamworth Castle allows you to explore 900 years of history and English culture all in one place. However, on 3 November it will become the site of an incredible fireworks display with fire breathers, music, family activities, food and even a fun-fair.

Plus, as a bonus, if you’re not planning on entering the castle, this event is free of charge!

Sparks in the Park – Blackweir Fields, Cardiff

Planning to house 20,000 people, Sparks in the Park is definitely not your average back-garden display. Blackweir Fields in Bute Park, Cardiff is all set for Wales’ biggest fireworks show on 4 November and is an easy walk from Cardiff Coach Station in Sophia Gardens.

Why not make a whole weekend of it in the Welsh capital?

Edgbaston Fireworks Spectacular – Birmingham

The home of cricket in the Midlands is about to become the home of fireworks too! Bring the whole family out to Edgbaston cricket ground on 3 November for guest entertainers, face-painting, rides and, of course, plenty of fireworks.

This event sold out last year so it’s best to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment!

Saltwell Park Fireworks – Gateshead, Newcastle

Hours of live music, a fairground, plenty of food and drink and nearly 30,000 people? This sounds like the beginning of a great party! Just throw in a ton of fireworks and you start to get an idea of Newcastle’s biggest bonfire bash, Saltwell Park Fireworks.

Book your coach tickets to Newcastle now and enjoy all the action on 3 November. With entry costing just £3, it’s a bargain you can’t miss.

Fireworks at Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park – Bath

One of the rare Bonfire Night events actually taking place on 5 November, the Fireworks to Music Spectacular at Avon Valley Adventure Park promises to be a big hit for the whole family.

A new sparkler area and a sponsored fire walk help this one stand out amongst the rest.

Now that you’ve got all the inspiration you need, it’s time to book your coach tickets to these great locations.
