Eat at one of Britain’s coolest restaurants - Camp & Furnace
When it comes to choosing alternative things to do in Liverpool, Camp and Furnace should definitely be at the top of your list! Not only is it a bar, music venue and all-round sporting fan park rolled into one, but it was also voted the ‘2nd coolest restaurant’ in all of Britain by The Times. Our favourite event? Bongo’s Bingo as got to be up there as one of the best events ever – book yourself a spot, pronto!

Discover real beauty at Crosby Beach
Museums, galleries, big shopping centres – they’re all things we have come to expect from big cities like Liverpool, aren’t they? And yes, Liverpool has them all, but did you know it’s also home to one of the prettiest beaches around, too? Situated just a short distance north of the city centre, Crosby Beach is stunning and the ultimate place to escape the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre.

Go Superlambanana spotting
Commissioned back in 2008 when Liverpool was named the ‘European Capital of Culture’, the Superlambanana is now an iconic statue in Liverpool, but did you know there’s mini versions of it scattered all around the city? Now that the warmer weather is here we think it’s the perfect time to go in search of them all, just don’t forget your camera!
